Elise Schmaltz - President

Elise is a sophomore studying Animal Science with an equine concentration. She grew up on her family farm with horses and pigs. At five years old she started showing at Berrien County youth fair, and since has competed in the Pinto Circuit with her gelding Augie in the all around division. She was also a member of her high school equestrian team through MIHA. Elise has a passion for showmanship and horsemanship because of the teamwork teamwork and partnership it requires between horse and rider.
