Goals

MISSION STATEMENT

It is a mission for the Michigan State University Horsemen's Association to provide members with the opportunity to participate in the community, network with professionals, and enjoy the legacy of horses. The Association helps to groom its members into professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable future leaders of the equine industry. 

It is vital to the MSUHA experience that we help students achieve individual goals as well as career goals. We strive to provide the most opportunities to our members and to our club as a whole. Below is a list of goals we want to be able to provide for our members as well as goals our Association has set for itself. 

Association Goals:

• Increase participation in all Association events

• Increase recruitment

• Overall professionalism

• Be more involved in the community

• Push networking

• Create strong relations with Alumni

• Establish a strong social media presence

Goals for members:

• Individual professional 

• Create strong background in networking

• Provide mentors

• Establish resume worthy skills

• Having an enjoyable experience
